2019 Major: Mathematics and Computer Science; minor in Economics
"I initially worked as a quantitative trader after graduation. After a couple of years, I decided to pursue computational neuroscience research instead and am now starting a PhD. These fields are fairly different (industry/trading vs. academia/neuroscience). But the mathematics and computer science skills I developed at Duke enabled me to succeed in both, providing a solid base from which I could quickly learn any domain-specific knowledge."
