Help RoomsWe operate several Help Rooms providing assistance in first-year courses. Students are invited to drop by the Help Rooms whenever they are open. |
Math Major AdvisorsAll majors and minors have a Math faculty advisor who can help guide them through the curriculum. |
Math Study GroupsThrough the Academic Resource Center, Math study groups are available to any student looking for additional assistance in certain math courses. |
Private TutoringOur department maintains a list of graduate and undergraduate students who offer their services as private tutors. |
Peer TutoringThe Academic Resource Center's Peer Tutoring Program (PTP) offers up to 12 hours of free tutoring each semester to undergraduates who are in enrolled in select introductory-level Math courses. |
Math Mentoring for WomenThe Math Mentoring program connects women first-years with an interest in mathematics with undergraduate mentors and mathematics faculty. |
Student-Athlete Academic SupportProviding tutoring and mentoring, this program helps student-athletes find and maintain a balance between the demands of athletics and academics, and prepare them for “life after sport.” |
