Harmonic maps on the cube to the circle and its application to rigidity

Stern developed a technique of using level sets of harmonic maps to the circle to study scalar curvature rigidity. We address the dihedral rigidity of "good" three dimensional cubes by solving a mixed boundary value problem. This is joint with Inkang Kim (Korea Institute for Advanced Study, Korea).
